More About Shih Lien
Shih Lien commenced his career with the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and was exposed to land use/transportation planning and master plan formulation. He holds a First Class Honors Degree in Civil Engineering, a Master’s Degree in Commerce as well as a Master’s Degree in Software Engineering. He is also an Associate Financial Planner.
Shih Lien had more than 10 years of experience in IT management consultancy including Accenture, Shell Eastern Petroleum Pte Ltd. About 7 years ago, Shih Lien rekindled his interest in Land Banking and Financial Planning, and found a passion to share his knowledge and experience on Land Banking. He is a now a division manager with Walton International Group (S) Pte Ltd and a regular seminar speaker.
